Second Hand 21T Zoomlion ZE200G Crawler Hydraulic Excavator
ZE200G is a 21-ton excavator newly built by Zoomlion for infrastructure (railway, highway, airport, factory, housing, agricultural, water conservancy, etc.) shift operations. The whole machine adopts the brand-new G series appearance, customized National IV power system, and mature load adaptive control system, with obvious advantages in operating fuel consumption.
High power
Customized engine
The new customized high-power engine has sufficient torque reserve, full fuel combustion and low fuel consumption. It adopts Bosch electronic fuel control system to further reduce fuel consumption.
Main pump
Equipped with a new large-displacement main pump with fast speed response.
Main control valve
The large-diameter main valve is carefully adjusted, and the maximum working pressure can reach 37Mpa, which is more powerful; the valve core structure is optimized, and the pressure loss is reduced by more than 20%, which greatly reduces energy loss.
ELAC electronic control system
Through load control technology, PID control, load mutation technology, heavy-load power enhancement technology, etc., it reduces product fuel consumption, improves operational coordination, and has higher operating efficiency. Fuel consumption in common gears is reduced by 6.8%
Large-capacity multi-stage filtration system
The two-stage large-capacity filtration system is adopted, and the filtration accuracy of the filter element is further improved, and the impurity filtration reaches 99.9%. In addition, a fuel cooler is used on the 21-ton model to accurately control the fuel temperature, so that the engine is always in the best condition, which increases the engine life and reduces fuel consumption.
High-efficiency cooling system
The oil radiator, water radiator and intercooler radiator adopt a parallel structure, and the engine and hydraulic system are cooled independently, which has higher cooling efficiency; the new noise-reducing fan is adopted, which improves the cooling capacity by 15% and reduces the noise.
