Zoomlion ZE500G/ZE500GK Crawler Hydraulic Excavator
The ZE500G/GK is a 50-ton excavator product tailored by Zoomlion for earthmoving, loading, and crushing operations in large-scale infrastructure and mining projects. It features a brand-new, customized Cummins engine and Kawasaki high-configuration powertrain that meets China IV emission standards, resulting in higher operating efficiency and a higher return on investment.
High Power
Cummins X12 Engine:
A newly customized, high-power Cummins X12 electronically controlled engine with a 3% increase in torque, further improving the product's mining operation efficiency; ample torque reserve significantly enhances crushing output under high-hardness conditions; the new electronic control system ensures more complete fuel combustion and lower fuel consumption.
Kawasaki Main Pump and Main Control Valve:
Customized positive flow Kawasaki main pump and main valve. The 212 main pump has a 6% increased displacement, and the dual-pump confluence function significantly enhances crushing force and increases crushing output. The large-diameter 32NA main valve further optimizes the valve core structure, reducing hydraulic oil-pipeline friction, resulting in lower oil pressure loss and more powerful operation.
The E-COT control system (operating condition self-optimization control) is an independently developed positive flow control system. Through four key technologies—load analysis, load matching, flow analysis, and torque matching—it optimizes the positive flow control program, significantly reducing unit fuel consumption while making operations smoother and more efficient.
Large Machine Body
New Larger Body Design:
The all-new G-Series platform and exterior design feature a more rugged and robust body, enhancing reliability in mining operations. The larger body provides a more comfortable driving environment and greater space for maintenance, while the increased fuel tank capacity indirectly improves uptime in mining operations.
The newly designed cab with a special-shaped tubular cross-section frame, standard on the 500GK, features a full protective net for enhanced safety in mining operations. The overall sealing has been further improved, allowing for faster cooling by the air conditioning system and the creation of a positive pressure environment, resulting in stronger dust and noise reduction performance.
The large-section working device is designed for heavy-duty mining conditions. The upper and lower cover plates are integrally molded, and the front and rear supports are made of integral cast steel components, ensuring low overall stress. The 475mm wide boom "horse head" and 110mm large-diameter pin design enhance operational reliability.
High-strength chassis support; standard configuration includes heavy-duty mining-grade double-ribbed reinforced tracks and 4-section fully protective track covers. The plate thickness of key components of the turntable and chassis is over 30% thicker than the industry average, resulting in an overall strength and rigidity increase of over 20%, making it more suitable for heavy-duty mining conditions.
Excellent capability
The standard bucket capacity is increased by 17%, significantly improving loading efficiency; the hyperbolic design with a large area of high-strength wear-resistant steel plates increases durability by 20-30%; the specially designed coal bucket for coal mining makes digging easy, unloading smooth, and mining efficiency higher.
Equipped with a standard 200mm chisel breaker and self-matching control technology for different crushing modes, resulting in stronger crushing capacity; the machine weighs up to 54 tons, ensuring more stable hammer pressure and higher operating efficiency; 1.5-inch hydraulic hoses and large-diameter cylinders minimize pressure loss and maximize crushing efficiency.
