High Power
Cummins L9 Engine: A newly customized, high-power Cummins L9 electronically controlled engine, boasting a 9% increase in power and a 13% increase in torque. Ample torque reserves result in superior performance in hard material excavation and stone crushing conditions. The new electronic control system optimizes control, leading to better fuel economy.
Kawasaki Main Pump/Kawasaki Main Control Valve: Equipped with next-generation positive flow control Kawasaki hydraulic components, the 180cc main pump features dual pump confluence, increasing displacement by 13%. The 32mm large-diameter Kawasaki main valve, with a 31% increase in diameter, reduces pressure loss, significantly lowering energy consumption and improving operational efficiency.
The E-COT control system (operating condition self-optimization control) is an independently developed positive flow control system. It collects the operating handle's action pressure and load analysis through the controller, and combines it with self-learning control technology to achieve optimal matching of torque and flow, reduce energy loss, and improve the overall machine's operability and fuel efficiency.
Large Machine Body
The all-new, larger-scale vehicle body adopts the new G-series platform and exterior design, with a larger and heavier body for greater stability during operation; the fuel tank capacity has been increased by 10% to better meet the requirements of mining construction, and one tank of fuel can power three shifts of work.
The cab features a newly designed irregular-section tubular frame and comes standard with a full protective net, enhancing safety during mining operations. The overall sealing has been further improved, allowing for faster cooling by the air conditioning system and the creation of a positive pressure environment, resulting in stronger dust and noise reduction performance.
The boom and stick widths have been increased to 500mm, and the cross-sectional areas have increased by 21% and 26% respectively, reaching 380mm, resulting in higher strength and a longer service life.
The standard configuration features double-ribbed reinforced tracks for heavy-duty mining applications. The thickness of the plates in key parts of the turntable and chassis has been increased, resulting in a strength improvement of over 10%, making it more suitable for heavy-duty mining conditions.
Excellent Capability
With a bucket capacity increased by over 12%, earthmoving and loading efficiency is significantly improved; the high-strength, wear-resistant steel plate construction extends service life by over 20%; and the thickened hydraulic cylinders increase bucket and boom digging force by 8%-10%, easily handling heavy-duty conditions.
Equipped with a 175mm diameter breaker hammer, its crushing capacity is even stronger; standard crushing piping and self-matching control technology for crushing modes improve crushing efficiency by over 4%; the machine weighs 38 tons, resulting in more stable hammer pressure and higher crushing efficiency.
